1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods, hygiene items, or intimate products (if applicable).
  • Gift cards and final-sale items.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by bank or payment provider, usually 5-10 business days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment starts.
  • If fulfillment has started, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover reasonable return costs.
  • For other return reasons, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
